How to Cancel Subscription (SMADY Pro)

This page explains how to cancel, renew, and restore SMADY’s paid plan Pro (Annual / Monthly).

Before You Start (Important)

Because SMADY does not have a login feature, subscription management (cancellation, renewal, payments, etc.) is handled on the App Store / Google Play side.

  • Even after cancellation, you can generally use Pro features until the next renewal date (store policy).
  • “Cancel” does not mean immediate loss of access.
  • Refund eligibility generally follows each store’s refund policy.

How to Cancel on iPhone (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select SMADY (or SMADY Pro) from the list
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription to finish

Names and menu labels may differ slightly depending on country/device settings.

How to Cancel on Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile in the top-right
  3. Select Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions
  4. Select SMADY (or SMADY Pro) from the list
  5. Tap Cancel subscription to finish

About Renewal Timing

Please follow the exact deadlines and billing timing shown in the App Store / Google Play.

Restore Purchases (If Pro Doesn’t Activate)

If you have purchased Pro but it is not active, please try the following:

  1. Run Restore Purchases in the app
  2. Check your network connection (Wi‑Fi/mobile data)
  3. Confirm you are using the same Apple ID / Google account used for purchase
  4. Restart the app (and restart the device if needed)

SMADY verifies store purchase status to activate Pro (it may use mechanisms such as RevenueCat).

Refunds

Refund eligibility and procedures generally follow the refund policies of the App Store / Google Play. In some cases, the Operator may not be able to promise individual refunds.

Refund approval and conditions are determined by the store.
